The way godot handles renderers, you can't just "export it using other renderer" the project itself is built on a selected renderer at the start. Edit: Although there are a few work arounds such as launching the game using opengl with command line.
Yeah, sorry for the slight misinformation. I looked through some of the settings and noticed you can change the renderer in the projects menu (not during export from what I've seen, unless using web/mobile exports). But like you said, this may cause some features not to work.

yoooo this game looks sick! I love games with this style. But, My laptop hates godot games, so i can't play it :(

Edit: I've also seen that it's most likely your GPU which has a hard time supporting Vulkan.

You can still export it to that render but some features may be not working
